Everyday I get several calls from 573-222-xxxx numbers. It shows as spam so I ignore it and block it. then they call with a different number (last 4 digits)

Claimed to have a document for my wife. We checked the history on my wife's phone and no records of this number.
I was called 8 times within 3 minutes, and this knucklhead never left a voicemail. I smell scam, so beware.
Receiving an EXTREME number of calls on home landline. 18 calls on July 18, 2024 alone. Similar in preceding days. Number has been blocked, yet they still call. (It still shows on the phone log) Prior to blocking, they never left a message. Due to upcoming big elections, another site had a recording of the message from this number as a political survey. Very persistent and annoying!
