Who called me from this phone number (573) 621-3049

This devious company calls from hundreds of numbers and area codes and NEVER leaves a message. If I call back, there’s a recorded message and someone from their call center asks for my name. NO WAY! If I owe a legitimate debt, let them contact me through the mail, a summons, etc. and I’ll be happy to resolve it with an attorney. With this harassment disturbing me whenever my phone is on, they’ll NEVER get anything from me except anger and call-blocking (thank goodness for that !)
