Who called me from this phone number (573) 603-0266

Someone called .... introduced himself as David Melkin. He said there was a package to be delivered to our home and to call him at 573-603-0266. We had not ordered anything and did not call the number to find out what they were trying to sell. The person calling did not have an American accent and there was noise that sounded like a calling center in the background. Beware!
