Is 573-316-7154 a scam or spam call?
The caller has been harassing a woman in Grand Rapids, MI forcing her to change her phone number. He then called us to claim that he was her son and she had locked her keys in the car. We arrived at the same time she pulled into her driveway. When my tech was close to her residence he called the guy back & the guy requested that he stay on speaker phone to speak with the woman (she changed her number so this was the only way he could get back in touch with her). He was then trying to extort money from her claiming to be from HOMELAND SECURITY. Upon hearing this I called him back, he answered stating his name is John xxx from Dept of Homeland Security. I let him know that we were definitely reporting this. This is the 3rd time he has called and sent us on a wild goose chase to extort money from people.

I live in Vancouver. I have this David James Johnson calling with a Winning from Publishers Clearing house, (friend took the call on my behalf), involving $5.5 million plus a new Mercedes. His number comes in as an 800 number, a California or a Missouri number. They won't talk to me but wants my friends number as it is a surprize for me. They are insisting to get their number and if I don't comply, they will get it from the attorney general. They said they were in town and the prize officials were coming through the border the next day to present me with the surprise but they don't have a local number for my friend to call back. I know they will be asking for money to get this across the border but it is interesting to string them along as I had a similar indecent happen about 6 months ago and I declined the prize. They were asking for $750 us to be sent to Jamaica.
