Who called me from this phone number (573) 287-3665

Called twice with the same "This is Conner on a recorded line, we show that you applied for a job" as soon as I spoke both time, the call hung up on me. When I attempted to call back the first time, it said it was a debt advisor company. Every attempt after that brought up a customer service menu and asked if I wanted to be added to an internal DoNotCall registry. I did not add my number to the registry, will simply block the number. Appears to be robocall, possibly looking for good contact information for further harassment or debt collection.
