Who called me from this phone number (573) 229-0106

I get calls from 573-229-0106 quite often. I never pick up and there's never a response from the caller. I would give anything to get rid of this (and hundreds of other calls like this!), and one KNOWN caller (Navient) has literally hundreds of lines--no joke). I can *77 them all day long and they just call back from other numbers. 573-229-0106 calls me on my SafeLink phone, which does NOT have call blocking as an option. :'(
