Got a call from him to. Blocking shim!
I got a call and text from him. I didn’t answer the call because it was late but responded to the text. It seemed odd so I googled him and blocked his number. The next evening he called again and my friend answered and told him not to call my number again. He cussed him out and called my friend horrible names. We hung up the phone and then I got a message “browniemango requests your location.” I turned off my locations setting after that. He needs to be caught!
Got the text “Hi are you a realtor”. Googled the number and found this. Thanks to everyone for posting their experiences! Immediately blocked.
Same as everyone else. He texted first asking for a realtor. When I tried to call him he didn’t answer, but then called back from a blocked number. He asked for my business card and email address several times, didn’t care about discussing homes. I hung up on him and then he proceeded to text me many curse words, then ask if I had cashapp, and also threatened to come to my house and kill me. He also added a knife, gun, and hammer emoji lol
Also just got a call from him. His name is Omar Kassam. Had a terrible connection and he was doing everything he could to keep me on the phone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt due to the bad connection. But then he said he liked my profile picture and things got creepy. The alarm starting going off in my head to get off the phone. Told him to email me his name, number (since he called unknown), and preapproval letter. He said he lives in Virginia and is looking to move to Ohio for work. But he just kept asking if I could FaceTime right then and there. I said no because I was driving but could FaceTime when showing houses to show him the homes if he plans to look remotely. He has since texted his name, phone number, and email. He has asked multiple times to call me tonight to FaceTime. I texted back letting him know he's looking too far north for me and I wish him luck. He still texted saying he wanted to FaceTime. He is blocked now. My question is what is his game for trying to keep us on the phone? Is he trying to pinpoint our location? Also what is up with the wanting to FaceTime at night? Creepy vibes. It seems with all the forums I've read since getting off the phone with him he wants to FaceTime many females. I really hope my phone is not compromised and this Omar guy needs stopped.

Same experience as every other comment. Extremely creepy and keeps asking for other female realtors numbers. Block immediately.
I just received a call from this number and got a weird feeling so I said I was at a home inspection and would need to call him back and asked for his number. He then asked me if I was alone so I hung up and he proceeded to tect me
Just had a similar call from this guy.... very weird - clearly wanted to remain on the phone. blocking the number now.
Got a text from (571) 778-2660; Hi are you a realtor. I texted "yes"; he asked if I was available on the phone or FaceTime; I said phone please. He said, "I'll call you in a few mins". I googled his number and found this site. Then I texted; "Is this Omar", he said, Yes, I'm Omar. I told him, "I googled your phone number and it looks like you've been calling several realtor for months now. Are you actually looking for a home? Then he said, "My name is AJ". Then I sent him his email address; then he said, "Yes actually" & "you have cash app"; which I replied "No"; then he said "I'll pay you". I responded "It is agains the law for us to take money without being involved in any kind of real estate transaction" then he asked "are you with a guy right now" to which I responded "I'm blocking you Omar good luck". CAN SOMEONE PLEASE STOP OMAR??????
Received many messages and booked a in person appointment. I got weirded out once he wanted to know if my assistant was male or female and he wanted to FaceTime because he couldn’t come physically to my office. He kept me on the phone with stupid questions and how he couldn’t download my Homesnap application. Gave me weird vibes and now he’s blocked so I’m sure he’s looking for another victim….. not sure what his end game is.
This guy called me as well today. I got a bad feeling when he would stall for long periods of time while taking with me but he was typing in the background. I asked him several questions as I was leary and I could tell he has makingup all sorts of answers. I told him I had to go and would call back as he was supposedly looking for real estate. He kept wanting to keep me on the phone so I got off as fast as I could. Then he kept sending me text messages. So I blocked him. Glad I read all your comments as it solidified he is trying to scam your info or something worse. He was stupid enough to give me his phone number and email address. It appears no one has done anything about our complaints. Omar needs to be arrested for what ever he is trying to pull.
Just got a call too. I am a Realtor. What do you think this person is trying to do? It was as if he was trying to keep me on the phone as long as possible.

This guy just texted me the same thing, asking "Hi are you a realtor"... my response was simply- Yes. Then he replied "can I ask you something on the phone." my response - Something?... then I google his number because I got a weird feeling about this exchange. So glad I did!
Last night I was getting calls and texts from this number. I’m a Realtor in Michigan. The other number was also an iPhone it said Omar. Then the calls were coming from a no caller ID number. It was after 8pm so I knew it was not a business. Blocked.
In a whim I googled this phone number. On 9/23 I got a text late at night asking if I was a realtor. Then he asked if my husband also was. My husband called the number cause the person kept texting to be near each other. Husband calls and guy says his name was Omar. He even sent his email address Omarkassam@gmail.com. Then sent multiple texts to my phone and WhatsApp asking us to kiss and he would send money. Blocked. Funny thing is he texted my personal number - a number I don’t use to advertise.
