It was a recordado message saying the were Pentagon Federal and that I'm not complete a transacción. A 21 second message. I blocked the number.

Just called, and not the first time. But I answered this time. Heard nothing, then a click. I doubt it was a legitimate PenFed call, more like a spam penetration. Blocking it now.
