Who called me from this phone number (571) 500-5405

I called number back. Message says to email customerservicenow2016@gmail.com or enter your phone number to be added to their DNC list. Same scam call, different number.

i am not familiar with this number as it called and hung up so fast. Possible telemarketing. Because I am deaf. I don't trust any calls that i am not familiar with.
