Ok so my call was from that number, from Arlington VA, however it was in response to a program I signed up for. I got nominated for the RICE Aerospace and Aviation Academy, RICE is a small college in Houston TX. Yesterday I went to their website and submitted that I had received an invite, typed in a code that came with an information packet in the mail, and was notified they'd call me in 24 hours. Which they did. I'm so confused why the number was tagged "Scam Likely"
