I receive a call every day from 571-350-1390. When I answer the call there is just a beeping sound - no one is ever on the phone.
Left two messages today both just the last few words : "in your area" It was a firm woman's recorded voice and sounded like it might have been a storm warning (which are coming out by e-mail now). If so the sender needs to wait for voice mail to kick in to start the message!
