Kim called about my vehicle warranty, I asked her why she wanted to know and how did she get my cell phone #. She said those questions were a privacy concern and that she would put me onto a “privacy expert”. His name was Robert and he asked me about the make of my car and year etc. I told him he should know all that since he was the party calling. He said no I called in! I hung up
