Same sort of thing, though didn’t explain anything. Asked for me by name. Then asked for my daughters date of birth. Not knowing WTF I asked first what this was about and the guy hangs up after saying something like “thanks we will proceed”. I call back and answering system says something like Phoenix we are a debt collection agency reads back my called I’d and hangs up.
