Who called me from this phone number (505) 998-4907

I received a call from this number, I have a unisex name and upon the male caller asking to speak to "my name" I respond with, "this is she" and this male proceeds to tell me.... "oh, really!?" and hangs up. I call the number back and he answers, and I say "was that surprising!?" and this male species tells me, "I'm not allowed to talk to women." and hangs up again.
