Asked 7 times to be placed on the "do not call list" and was ignored. I asked for Employees name which he stated was Roy. He would not give last name, employee ID and would not let me talk to supervisor

Called me and left a message, seemed non-recorded but could have been. "Hi this is Thomas Dire, I was giving you a quick call because I was recording your student loan profile, and you did actually qualify for some of the changes that were recently applied to Federal student loan programs. When you have a moment, please give us a call back...." Which is a scam because I didn't apply for anything. Beware!
