Who called me from this phone number (505) 465-9628

Left a voicemail today and said call back before they begin legal proceedings; when I called back the man had a foreign accent and said it was “social security”, then they said my roommates name and after I said I wasn’t that person he said to call back from the phone associated with the voicemail. Looked up the number and I found all these reports marking the number as unsafe. Scam...
