I got a voicemail today stating that he ( did not give his name) had a potential cash buyer for our home if we were interested. I did not call back.

Yes got a call from this number. Claiming it was Josh trying buy houses, the number came through as "Private" so I didn't answer, Voice mail said he was an investment buyer of real estate in the area, looking for a cash buy. Left this number on the voicemail. Seems like a Robocall and I will not call back.
Same as all from above. I found the company online and called the guy. Actual phone number is 505-448-0680. Josh Answered. Says he’s an investment company looking to buy houses. They use a phone service company to randomly call people and leave voice messages looking for people interested in selling home. I have no idea if this is a legit company.
