Who called me from this phone number (505) 349-4478

Keeps calling and will not tell me what call is about. Says it's a personal business matter. My husband knows nothing about anything personal or business with anyone. Before he comes on the recording says the phone call will be recorded. I've had 3 calls so far. It may be legit but there are so many scams these days. Next time I will let him know I'm on the Do Not Call List, which I am but doesn't seem to help.
