called stating approved for a loan. Claims to be from M&T Bank, NY. Wants you to purchase Home Depot card to pay for "insurance" on loan. I have been in banking for 22 years! We don't do that. When I called M&T Bank to confirm he was an employee, there was no such Phillip Arthur who works there. Please do not fall for this scam. What a shame to take advantage during these times!
