November 12, 2020. Possible scam. Caller has called me before, asking for someone other than me. I recognized his voice. He said he's calling on behalf of the "Police Association," and is asking for donations. I started to tell him--again--that he'd called before, the person he wanted wasn't I, and....that's when he hung up on me. He has a distinctive voice, like radio or TV. He's annoying.
