Came up with a recorded message about a purchase from amazon and whether or not you approved the purxhase. After indicating i didnt approve the purchase it went through to a live call saying thank you for calling amazon. I told them i didnt call and they contacted me at that point line went dead

Calls appear to have a robo-voice in beginning, says their name is Emma from the Young Republican National Federation. I have an elderly grandmother and we have a recorder on the phone line for exact situations like this. The calls are unbelievable- they continuously try and prey on older people who have memory problems to get them to make donations. The put a ton of pressure on them during the phone call, even when the person they are calling- my grandmother in this instance- are clearly not in their right minds to make a decision. They continue to call even when asked not to. Thank goodness my grandmother doesn't have access to banking information, or they would have scammed her for all she's worth.

A woman from 1469388766 calls me and leaves a fake voicemail message saying to call her back to 8447880389 to discuss about "my sdea..eal business loan" to increase it. I never applied for any business loan. Now I am worrying if they or someone stole my ID to do the fraud or they are just scamming people to sell business loans

This number is calling my family members asking for me or my attorney. They are leaving messages but not saying who they are or where they are calling from. If it were someone actually trying to contact me for legitimate reasons, they would have my phone number, address, and email. I’m not from Texas and have no business there.

I work for these guys, it's SpectrumVoIP (not the same company as Spectrum Business, which offers tv-phone-internet bundles). We pretty much set appointments to get free quotes for the company, which does business phones and internet. It could be considered Telemarketing perhaps?
