Call appears to originate from my local area code and exchange but deposits a voice mail message "Goodbye" from 469-982-5016 or -5015 or some other -50xy number. Nine calls today alone.

Strange Halloween like recording starting of with someone breathing heavily into the phone then saying I’m watching you. Hahaha you’ve been pranked.
