Is 469-457-0446 a scam or spam call?
This is a robo-fax that leaves no opportunity to call them and have your number removed. I called the company that advertised through them and threatened them with legal action. This is absolutely against the law based on the court's decision in the Hooter's case (the restaurant faxing unsolicited lunch offers) out of Florida.
The FTC received at least one complaint about 469-457-0446. The complaint did not identify the call as a robocall or recorded message. The complaint was filed on July 31, 2020. The complaint was reported in Florida.
