Solar Energy scam. They claim they are returning your call. If they were a legit business they wouldn't use "Google Voice" numbers to hide their real number. A legit business has a real number and caller id. These types of calls really need to be addressed with criminal penalties. The "Do not call" list is a joke. and it's obviously not enforced so people call your number anyway.
