Who called me from this phone number (469) 388-7066

A woman from 1469388766 calls me and leaves a fake voicemail message saying to call her back to 8447880389 to discuss about "my sdea..eal business loan" to increase it. I never applied for any business loan. Now I am worrying if they or someone stole my ID to do the fraud or they are just scamming people to sell business loans
