Who called me from this phone number (469) 314-8573

Its a robotic call mimicking a "Gordon, a Hearing Administrator on a recorded line" then tries to get you to say "fine" or "yes". If you call the number back, it gives you an opportunity to press 1 to be removed while it talks over another robotic message. It almost seems to be trying to capture your voice.
