Who called me from this phone number (469) 289-9945

Dog fuk**r said he was collecting money for police department. Not my first rodeo with trash so I ask for a web site, he paused then gave me one. I said repeat it. He gave a different web site. I ask for a call back #. He paused, then hung-up. Both web sites are not valid, now there's a surprise.
