The rude witch just kept blabbing to call a number over a 2010 thing. Asked who she is, she kept blabbing. Asked where she was located, she kept blabbing. Told her it's my evil sibling your looking for, she kept blabbing. Told her to come and get me, she hung up. The last time I got a call similar to this I said repeat after me then I will talk to you. "There is no Allah, only a thief, a liar, a rapist, a murderer, and a cheat. He called me a mother f***er and hung up. Should have done the same thing.
Debt collectors, - unscrupulous liars using illegal tactics + invasive measures trying to collect debts that aren’t even valid or are were disputed &/or resolved way back in 2007 to 2009. It’s 3/1/19 now & they just called my number again after being told 4x NOT to keep calling me or my family, or just people who share my last name! These people should be shut down - just like that Audit Systems or ASI who tells family & neighbors that you’re audited!
A woman called and asked my husband if my home number was mine and said she needed to serve me papers. She didn't say what the papers were for so he hung up. I called back and the girl refused to give me the name of her company. I asked what police department a "complaint" was filed with and she said they aren't a law enforcement agency and I told her what she is doing is illegal and to give me that name of her company so I can report them to the attorney generals office and she hung up
Keep getting this scam call saying you are being sued. If you don't call the number on the message papers will be served on you. When will the FTC shut this crap down?
Just got a call saying .y wife was involved in a complaint and I questioned this woman I firmly hung up. Tried to call back will not even ring

yah, same thing, she asks if someone will be available to accept papers for (she gave my name). and there had been a 'complaint'. i said 'sure, give me YOUR address, if you do, let there be no doubt I WILL show up to collect these 'documents'. seeing the rest of the complaints i know exactly what this is. a debt collector using terms like an arresting police officer or district attorney would use. i screwd up on a loan in 2004...in 2009 i paid in full to a different debt collector and cleared my credit report. it was the ONLY time i ran into trouble with a debt. this is a scam, DONT let the threats or terms used concern you the behavior is designed to make you worry. anyway, keep them on the line for as long as possible and try to irritate them, act as if are really stupid, truly concerned but dont understand them (accent (even if they dont have one), bad connection etc.) they say and make them explain over and over again
