Who called me from this phone number (443) 963-9856

Been getting calls from Medical Service Group, weekly and frequently. Don't usually talk to these jerks, and I would advise anyone receiving calls hang up if there is dead space from the time you pick up until someone comes on line. Today I was asked about diabetic supplies. I asked who? I did test Chrome, didn't like it, and this shithead laughed and hung up. I would love to find the backdoor into their system (they have like 13 numbers with different names, but it is one way because if you call you are blocked.
