Who called me from this phone number (443) 898-9844

Didn't know the number, didn't answer. They left a message from"Carlos" saying he responding to "inquiries" I had made about healthcare plans and I needed to call him at 844-233-2175. I had never made these "inquiries". This is probably a scam call.
