Who called me from this phone number (443) 863-1398

caller pretended to be licensed courier for courts for collection of debt less than $500 which is false to begin with. Even if it is accurate, no one goes to court in US for debt of few hundred dolars.....wouldn't provide any case # or court date appearance then hung up on me when confronted with these questions.
