Who called me from this phone number (443) 839-0727

Seemingly starts with an auto-call "Hello? Hello?? I can't hear you, I'll call you back". Followed up immediately with seemingly accurate intel on my surname to inquire about a property in a location I don't live on/own/am particularly familiar with. After informing them that I don't know the property, they claimed they must have the wrong number and call ends. idk.
