I switched from Windstream to Spectrum in August 2019, My contract with Windstream was up on 6/8/19. They billed me for 2 more months even though I no longer had their services and without a contract. Got the usual run around with Windstream back in September telling me it takes them 2 months to turn off service...I had No Contract!! I refuse to pay. BB/buffalo ny
