I just received a call from that number, 12/15/17 at 4:22 pm, did not answer. I just changed my phone number a few weeks ago because of the exorbitant calls from another area code. Eight EVERY day. It is virtually impossible to block all the numbers from a zip code. It is not allowed to block an entire zip code. However, I think I saw where it might be possible, and am going to try it. Do Not Call DOES NOT work. The FTC must allow us to block an entire zip code. THAT might work.
