Who called me from this phone number (443) 391-9291

This person called my phone left a message to call another number with a reference # or a Complaint would be filed against me in my county. Called 206-533-3023 another person tried to tell me I owed for some personal loan. I stated I did not owe any personal loan and I have documentation for a loan from years ago that had been paid in full. The person stated she will note the system and I was talking, hung up on me.
