says he has my ssnumber and name and to call back... umm hello no thank you... if you have my ss number where did you get it from... FTC needs to shut him down fast.

I got that same call. This Arthur dude is not professional nor does he know proper English. Ghetto asf. The real Arthur Pitman passed away in 2006. Scammer. I hope he gets caught.

Arthur Pitman who is not a licensed attorney, claiming to be one. He is a scammer for a couple years now under numerous 443 area code numbers. Do not fall for him.
