Who called me from this phone number (443) 247-5421

The guy that called we see your looking for a job and there was several. What type a job was l looking for ? I said whatevers available then I said is this scam no reply went to something else I ask are you a scam ?? He hung up on me so he answered my question when I didn't the first time he just kept calling so l answer what a jerk???
