This phone number has called and texted me. The person claimed to be named Julius. The person said they wanted to buy my house when it is not even on the market. I do not know how they obtained my information. When I called to inquire they told me they've been by my house and wanted to buy it. I am concerned they know where I live and have my phone number. When I asked what business they worked for they hung up. Also the person who left me a voicemail was not the person I spoke to on the phone, although they claimed to be. The voice was different. I fear this is impersonation and am afraid because they know where I live and have all of my contact information.

I live in Maryland in the general area of BWI airport (northern Anne Arundel county). I received a text msg from this phone number, dated Feb 23, 2022, expressing interest in buying my house, similar to others mentioned here. The individual did not identify himself or the organization. They do know my name and address. I find it odd that they contacted me on a cell phone number that has been seldom used in recent years, It is an inexpensive pay as you go, non-contract account that has been a spare backup phone.for about the past 8 years.
