When I called this number back, he refused to give me the name of the business. He then got mad and told me to "eat a dick" and fuck off. Wow, real professional business here. My guess is poor low life people who are uneducated trying to make a dollar to improve their shitty life at the expense of those of us who have succeeded!
This was the callers message: "This message is intended for (my name) this is Elma Hartman independent process server out of (my county.) I was calling in regards to 'YOUR DOCUMENTS' this is your final notification. Today I'll be coning out to gain a signature on the certified notice of intent. I was scheduled yesterday but I had a family emergency. If I don't get information to you today I'll be marking it down as a direct refusal and you will miss your court date. If you need further information or have any questions you need to contact the filing party at 443-203-5785. Your file number is CV(followed by 6 numerical digits.) (My name), this is your final notification, please plan accordingly." These people have also called my ex-husband who I have been divorced from for 25 years and who has been married to someone else for at least 10! I also don't know why a process server would be calling me to tell me they are coming. That isn't how it works. Also, how are they a process server in my area but they don't live anywhere NEAR my area. They are several states away based on the area code.
Person called to tell me I have been served and they plan on another attempt to come to my residents and to contact a number with a case file. The person had a hard time breathing and took long pauses. Heard little kids screaming in the background. I’m so tired of getting phone calls about getting served paperwork, my goodness serve me already!!!!!

I received a recorded call from a Lorin Davis saying this call was solely for me wanted to verify that this is the correct #. If I have any questions to call the filing party. They didn’t say where they were calling from so I’m not calling them back. I wish they would stop calling.
