Who called me from this phone number (417) 952-1186

this number me called & blurted out a travel business & quickly said can u hear me alright? i said no your speech was breaking up. ahe immediatley hung up. i returned thd call & a malr voice repeated the exact same words.. ending with can you hear me alright? i hung up its a scam trying to get me to say "yes" then they can use my yes answer to bill me for any services they want!
