A man with a strong Indian accent called me claiming from a Document Delivery Service. Stated he was verifying IF I would be home to receive the documents. He then tried 5-6 times to get me to call a phone number to find out what the documents were about. He insisted I call the number.. I told him that I'm old ( true) and I can't see good enough to dial my phone , and I live alone ( both false) I told him to have the other person call me and I would talk to them... He had a dozen reasons why they can't call me but that I really needed to call . (I never got the phone number to call) I insisted I would wait for the documents to be delivered , and I would find out what they are about when they arrived....He finally just hung up... Different phone numbers , but I have received about 6 of these "documentation delivery" phone calls in the last 3-4 weeks....Never discussed an address verification for delivery , or time frame...he just kept insisting I call xxx to find out what it is about....

They hang up and do not leave a voicemail so obviously a Scammer!

A guy called with a very strong accent stating he is with ATT regarding a past due bill for an account that isn't even in my name. Gave me a call back number of 866-767-7603. This number googled as a scam. I looked up ATT phone number and it is completely different. The guy was extremely rude and insisted he worked for ATT yet others in the background were talking about other companies. When I confronted the scam he told me I could mail them a cease and assist order and then they will stop calling me but until then he is going to continue to call me and all other numbers on the account. I informed him that if I ask him to stop calling and he continues then it is harassment and he said he can call whomever whenever and he's not going to stop. So I hung of up phone and blocked the number.
They refuse to disclose who they are and would rather call 4 times in a row. If it was truly that important, send it in writing.
The phone number keeps calling and when I answer nobody replies it goes to a busy tone. And when I don't answer when it gets to my answering machine they just hang up. We're a household on hospice for one of the family members and this type of harassment doesn't stop

After I said hello it took several seconds before the call connected and a woman, with lots of noise around her, asked for Donna. Sorry, Donna doesn't live here.
Received call that was silent for ~12 seconds, possibly recording voices, then hung up.
