It is about time share and we told them we don't have one. They keep calling anyways. We don't answer the phone anymore

Said they were Midwest Communications calling about complaints with timeshares. Asked what my biggest complaint with my timeshare is. Dont have one and they keep calling my business.
They call 4-5/day, 7days/ wk, etc. Hangs up on fourth ring. All hours of the day. Can we sue the telephone company that owns this number for harassment, mental anguish, and improper monitoring?
