A guy called with a very strong accent stating he is with ATT regarding a past due bill for an account that isn't even in my name. Gave me a call back number of 866-767-7603. This number googled as a scam. I looked up ATT phone number and it is completely different. The guy was extremely rude and insisted he worked for ATT yet others in the background were talking about other companies. When I confronted the scam he told me I could mail them a cease and assist order and then they will stop calling me but until then he is going to continue to call me and all other numbers on the account. I informed him that if I ask him to stop calling and he continues then it is harassment and he said he can call whomever whenever and he's not going to stop. So I hung of up phone and blocked the number.
