Who called me from this phone number (417) 281-1677

Indian call center, claiming to be UPS, who wants to send you crappy back and knee braces, then over bill Medicare for it. The guy said his name was “George Bates.” They know a lot of your medical information when they call (disturbing). They try to record you agreeing to receive the crappy back and knee braces - presumably for when Medicare catches up with them. Don’t be fooled.
