I decided to answer and take one for the team. "This is James with reverse mortgage. Can you hear me okay"?" I say NO. "This is James with reverse mortgage. Can you hear me okay?" I say NO again. Then it says "I am not trying to sell you anything. You are a senior, is that correct?" I say NO. Then they hang up. No real person talking to you.
