started with a phishing email sent from an email address from my school domain, posing as an email from my school employment services dept. the name of the department wasnt the name my school uses, but i didnt notice that right away. i submitted a form via their website and just got postal mail from them. it included a check meant to bounce (i didnt cash it), and vague instructions. contact information only included a name and phone number.
