I received this message from someone who was acting like they needed my services. “We have a lease-option listing near Mountain Brook and need an agent to help us market & conduct showings. We will pay $2,500. Are you interested? I’m Brad, and I found you on http://realtor.com BTW”. I replied asking him to send me his last name and property address, and next I received this... https://www.hemlane.com/listings/2809-westwyck-cir-vestavia-hills-al-35243-usa/5ef3ac9d-78c7-4b75-b09d-01465c37f4a3 I’m Brad with Hemlane.com.
