Who called me from this phone number (415) 548-6232

Annoying calls every day, some days a couple of times. No one there, have number blocked and it still rings (using spoofed numbers). Shows as Corte Madera, CA and never anyone on line, no message left. I am on Do Not Call Registry but they call and for no apparent purpose.
