I rec'd the same call (message)did not call back
I got this call from a man Officer Robert Morris at the IRS 415-367-1297 asking me to call him back.. I did call, and the man on the other end did not give me his name, but ask for mine.. I gave him my name and then I ask what this is about and he ask for my name again so he could pull up my records.. That is when I told him that I was not comfortable with this call and I was calling the IRS.. He said YES, YES call them!!
