Who called me from this phone number (415) 358-1281

Called 02/22/2018 at 12:30 prox PST even though we are on a National DO NOT CALL list. Went silent on me when I answered the call. Did not hang up right away. Shut these bastards down please! Very disruptive, and who knows want further disruption they will call now that they have a “Live” cell phone number to sell!
